Other booking notes: Paulette's beautiful banquet rooms will seat as few as 12 guests and as many as 60 guests for a seated meal or 100 guests standing room only for a cocktail/hors d'oeurve reception. We do charge a room fee ranging from $25.00 to $150.00 determined by the size and type of event you are having. No outside food is allowed other than cakes (i.e. wedding, birthday) which will be charged a cake fee of $1.50 per guest. We will provide white table cloths, white or black napkins, a bud vase of fresh flowers per table, and votive candles. We also provide custom menus for your event printed on our special occasion stationary. You may have your florist deliver and set up flowers for your special event. The front porch and yard are available to your guests, weather permitting, for banquets of 25 or more guests. Your reservation would be confirmed with a banquet deposit and a signed banquet contract. The confirmed number of guests will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged the agreed upon price per person. You will be charged the average entree price per person for those not attending. The full deposit will be applied to your bill and the balance can be paid by cash, pre-approved check and most credit cards. Our banquet menus are posted on our web site. We do not have a dance floor or stage so we are not suitable for large events like wedding receptions which will most likely include entertainment. We hope you will consider us for your smaller events associated with your wedding like the rehearsal dinner and bridesmaid luncheons.
