The space accommodates most any type and size of event whether your guest list is 50 or 1,000. We welcome combination ceremonies and receptions, and CADRE provides all clients with packages tailored to suit their needs.

The rental rate for events held Monday through Thursday starts at $2,500.
Items included in the rental rate:
- You have access to 25-60inch round tables. These tables can seat 8 or 10 guests. - You have a choice of black, white or ivory linens. You can use all of one color or a variety. - You have the choice of 250 white wooden folding chairs or 250 black banquet chairs. - You have access to 4-8 ft. banquet tables. We have linens in black, white and ivory for these 4 tables. - A Moveable Stage for your entertainment . - Bar setups… 4 bar fronts, 4 bar back tables, coolers for alcohol, and all ice needed for the event. - One Event Manager - One Security Guard

CONTRACT/PAYMENT - We require $1000.00 deposit and your signed contract to confirm your event date. - Your deposit does go towards your building rental. - Your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. - We accept personal checks, all major credits cards, cash or a certified check for your deposit and remaining balance payments. - Your contract is binding in regards to the actual event date. Event time/finish can be adjusted up to 30 days prior to the event. - You can add enhancements to your package at a later time. We need these finalized 30 days prior, a.k.a. when your remaining balance is due.
SERVICES - The Cadre provides an Event Manager on site on your event date to make sure everything logistically with the building runs smoothly. - The Cadre Event Manager will provide the following: set up and break down of the Event floor plan which includes only the items listed above in the package, opening and closing the doors for vendor and client access, bar set up and managing the Cadre Bar Staff. - Your Event Manager strictly works for the Cadre and ensures the services in your contract are provided. - Your Event Manager can be hired to provide additional planning services. These packages are available upon request. - The Cadre will hire a Security guard to ensure only your guests are coming in and out of the event. This is included in your rental.
BUILDING ACCESS/ EVENT DURATION - You have access to the building 3 hours prior to event start time for yourself and outside vendors to set up. You have one hour after event time to remove your belongings. - We allot 5 hours of event time for a Wedding and Reception. - We allot 4 hours of event time for a Reception/Party. - We contract the building at a rate of $300.00 per hour for any additional time you want.
BAR/ALCOHOL - We can provide a bar package for you or you can bring in your own alcohol, any alcohol does need to be approved through Cadre beforehand. - If you are having alcohol at your event, we require you use our bartenders from the Cadre Staff. They are $150.00 per bartender for the event. We generally allot 1 bartender per 100 guests. - If you decide to bring your own alcohol to the event the bartender/s will pack up any alcohol not consumed so you can take that with you.
SOUND EQUIPMENT/SPEAKERS - The Cadre does NOT have a built in sound system in the building. Any sound service you need (speakers, microphones, IPOD’s) will have to be communicated and arranged with your entertainment ( DJ/band) or supplied by an outside vendor.
RENTALS - You can rent additional tables, chairs and linens for events over 250 guests. These and other rentals (glassware, lounge furniture, etc.) need to be arranged and approved through your Cadre Event Manager before contracted and paid for with the outside vendor. - Additional fees will apply for rental and vendor drop offs/picks up outside contracted hours.
VENDORS - We have a list of preferred caterers. If you decide to choose a catering company NOT on our list there will be a $3.00 per head charge applied to the client. - If you hire a catering company NOT on our list we will need the caterers current catering license and current health score 30 days prior to the event date. - Our other preferred vendors on the list (photographers, florists, cake etc.) are there to guide you in the planning process. We do not require you use any of those vendors.
