The Five Oaks clubhouse sits on one of the highest points in Wilson County which provides a panoramic view of 4 counties from the top of the hill. We have a beautiful outdoor ceremony site that showcases that amazing view. After the ceremony, guests can celebrate the newlyweds inside one of our reception spaces. We can accommodate weddings ranging in size from 50-150 guests. We offer in-house catering with a large range of menu options to choose from. Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to secure the date and reserve space, payable when event is booked. Five Oaks terms & conditions must be signed when placing deposit. 50% of event balance is due, 60 days from event. Balance in full is due ten (10) business days prior to the event. Five Oaks must provide all food and beverage items. Menu selections, room requirements and all other arrangements must be received no later than 10 business days prior to the function date. No food or beverage items may be removed from any function per the Wilson County and Tennessee State Health Department. Five Oaks requires a $200.00 food and beverage minimum to be met for all events. No outside vendors will be allowed. Bar services require a credit card to be kept on file prior to the event. Bar totals will be calculated following the end of the event and charged accordingly. Bar beverages are based on consumption. Five Oaks reserves the right to assign function rooms according to the anticipated number of guests and the type of event. Five Oaks may also reassign rooms according to fluctuations in the guest counts or event requirements. Five Oaks reserves the right to apply an additional fee for special labor, equipment or extreme request for an event. Five Oaks reserves the right to charge a fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per hour for use of the facility after 11:00 pm for an event Tuesday-Saturday and 4:00 pm on Sunday. If an event is scheduled for additional hours but additional time is not needed, the fee is non-refundable. A service charge equal to twenty-two percent (22%) of the charge to the Patron here under for food and beverages plus all Wilson County and Tennessee sales tax will be added to the account, and the Patron agrees to pay such amount (9.25%). The Patron is required to notify Five Oaks of the exact number of guests of all functions no later than ten (10) business days prior to the function in order to purchase and prepare the food and beverages and schedule the required staff to serve the function. This will be considered the minimum number of guests charged, even in the event that fewer than the guaranteed number attends. After the final guest count is given, Five Oaks can only increase the number of guests. Five Oaks will not lower the count as products/ingredients will be ordered based on the guest count. If no guarantee is provided, the most recent expected number provided by the contracting party will serve as the guarantee. You will be charged for the number guaranteed or the number of actual attendees, whichever is greater. Upon contract acceptance and receipt of deposit, the committed function space is off the market. Cancellation of the contract will result in the forfeiture of all deposits made to Five Oaks. Payments on canceled event will be applied to a future event/function. A charge of one hundred percent (100%) of all expected revenues will be assessed as liquidated damage if the function is cancelled within ten (10) business days of the function date and cannot be applied to a future event/function.

This place was magnificent! Fabulous food and staff! The view was spectacular! This place sits at the highest point in Lebanon Tn and you can see for 15 miles it’s breathtaking! The even Wes so we’ll done that nobody wanted to leave!!!

Valentines Day Dinner - An Eventective User from Lebanon, Tn

We attended the Valentines Dinner and I must say the food choices were well worth the $45 per person charge. We have attended many affairs in NY, FLA, and NJ: and we rate this experience right up there with the locations mentioned. Ever since Five Oaks revamped their restaurant staff, we have been very pleased with the food and service. I had the braised Lamb and my wife had the Red Snapper, both very tender and tastety. The Lobster Puff Pastry for appetizer was a very pleasant surprise. I'm sure the Duck, if chosen, would have been as delicious.There was a homemade red velvet cupcake with a chocolate center and cream cheese icing that was exceptional. Five Oaks has definitely stepped up their game and hopefully will be one of the more upscale eateries in the Nashville area.

wedding reception - An Eventective User from Lebanon, Tn

we attended a wedding reception for 130 people. the venue decor was very festive. the staff very courtious and polite. the cocktail hour was simple with cheeses, shrimp coctail veggie platters and puff ore'derves of mushroom and spinach(Delicious). the main course was surf and turf(Steak Oscar and lobster tail).probably one of the best dishes i've ever tasted. Dessert bar was very good with bride and groom cakes, ice cream bar, fruit cabobs and italian cookies shipped from ny(presentation was very nice). Only negative was that there was not enough servers for the amount of people attending. Water and ice tea glasses were left empty, the bar tender for the open bar left to help serve meals and coffee and tea were not served with the desserts which left a lot of people dissappointed and upset. Five Oaks needs to step up their service to rank with the more upscale catering venues.
