About The Emporium

The Emporium Center is Knoxville’s first true arts center. Originally built in 1898, this historic downtown building re-opened following renovations in 2004. The 28,000 square feet of flexible use space houses two art galleries showcasing local and regional artists, artist studios, and more! With changing artwork every month, it provides a unique downtown venue for events, parties, receptions, and more. Rentals are booked by the Arts & Culture Alliance, a non-profit organization.
