At Sugar’s they do their best to produce and serve freshly cooked meat like people cook in their own back yard. They are more like an old-fashioned, roadside BBQ, but in a comfortable setting with a great view of the surrounding mountains and downtown Chattanooga. They are moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They have more fat and are slow-smoked for tenderness but they have that rich flavor the purist is looking for. They cater BBQ food products, beverages plus liquor by the drink and also have the pool area for special events.

Jackie was so amazing to work with. She provided much needed information. She was friendly and returned my calls quickly. The food was delivered on time. It was delicious. We had tons of food so we were able to have it for lunch the next day during clean up. and it was just as good then.

-Graduation party success- When feeding a crowd these guys get the job done! If you're looking for something that everyone* will love and fill them up: this is it! A friend of mine, whose kids were graduating, had 35 people RSVP to the grad party and she had no clue what to feed them. I called Sugar's Ribs in Chattanooga TN and they saved the day. We ordered about ten slabs of ribs, a few lbs of their chopped pork- rolls to go with it and a chicken (just in case we had any picky eaters). The ribs were FANTASTIC! People were raving about the BBQ the whole time. The pork sandwiches were perfect for those that weren't daring enough to dive into the messy ribs, and the chicken was devoured quickly (i had a pinch of it- and my only complaint is that i wish i had ordered more!). The party was pulled off and the guests were BBQ happy. I'll be calling Sugar's Ribs for my next event!
