This 100 year old facility boasts of 14 feet tin ceilings, chandeliers and tiny twinkle lights that gleam on the glossy wood floors. The Event Center has 3 beautifully decorated floors to choose from. We have 2 locations for suites, both are directly across from the Event Center. One is The Suite Dreams Location at 110 W 3rd. The other is The River Rose Hotel location at 214 W 3rd. We are also available for conventions. Both are 120 year complexes. All have full kitchens, living rooms, tall ceilings and can sleep at least 6. The Bridal Suites are huge with all the same amenities as the regular suites except these are decorated for a romantic rendezvous. You drink from cut crystal glasses while sitting front of a wonderful fireplace. Offering wedding packages. Each of the packages is especially designed to help you have a wonderful day. All packages are based on 250 occupancy and per floor. Discounts are available for multiple floor rentals and rental of the Wedding Chapel together with the reception hall.
