CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT
All bookings and agreements are made upon, and are subject to, the following conditions.
GUARANTEES A guarantee as to the number of guests attending will be required by 12 noon, fourteen (14) business days prior to your event. In addition, since we are ordering and preparing to accommodate your estimated number of attendees, your minimum guarantee of attendance must be at least 80% of your expected number of people. If your guaranteed number should drop below this, you will be charged for the 80%.
LIQUOR LAWS AND REGULATIONS Reeves Catering is committed to a policy of providing legally proper and responsible hospitality. Alcohol may not be served to guests under the age of 21, or those guests unable to produce acceptable identification. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the service of alcoholic beverages at any time if such service would be inconsistent with our alcohol service policy. Our bartenders are ServSafe Certified. Bars will not be set up for any student related high school function.
We encourage the adoption by banquet groups of a designated driver program, whereby one or more persons accept the responsibility of not consuming alcoholic beverages, ensuring the safe transportation of others in the party. In addition, Reeves will be happy to assist anyone in making alternative transportation arrangements and/or overnight accommodations during the course of your function.
PRICING The menu pricing provided to you is subject to change. All federal, state, municipal taxes, and service charges which may be imposed or be applicable to this agreement and to the services rendered by Reeves Catering are in addition to the prices agreed upon.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE Credit is not granted to private and/or social functions, political organizations or religious, fraternal or charitable groups whose funding is dependent on dues, fund raising and/or donations. For all such groups, a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of estimated/proposed cost of total event is due to reserve the date. Another payment of 25% of the estimated/proposed cost is due 30 days prior to the event and the remaining 50% of the estimated/proposed cost of the total event is due 7 business days before the event. Reeves Catering accepts cash, cashier’s check, money orders or credit cards for payment. If there is an outstanding balance due to an increase in attendance, additions to the event, or open bar tabs, it will be due at the conclusion of the function.
FUNCTION LIABILITY Charges for damage to the premises caused by any guest, invitee or other persons attending a function will be charged to the organization at the actual repair or replacement costs.
Patron assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury, damage, or loss to its or any exhibitors' displays, equipment or other property brought upon or sent to the premises of the facility and shall indemnify the facility, its agents, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of the facility management to complete the same, and is to accidents, government federal, state or municipal requisitions, restrictions upon travel, transportation, foods, beverages or supplies; and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, beyond control of management preventing or interfering with performance. CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT
All bookings and agreements are made upon, and are subject to, the following conditions.
GUARANTEES A guarantee as to the number of guests attending will be required by 12 noon, fourteen (14) business days prior to your event. In addition, since we are ordering and preparing to accommodate your estimated number of attendees, your minimum guarantee of attendance must be at least 80% of your expected number of people. If your guaranteed number should drop below this, you will be charged for the 80%.
LIQUOR LAWS AND REGULATIONS Reeves Catering is committed to a policy of providing legally proper and responsible hospitality. Alcohol may not be served to guests under the age of 21, or those guests unable to produce acceptable identification. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the service of alcoholic beverages at any time if such service would be inconsistent with our alcohol service policy. Our bartenders are ServSafe Certified. Bars will not be set up for any student related high school function.
We encourage the adoption by banquet groups of a designated driver program, whereby one or more persons accept the responsibility of not consuming alcoholic beverages, ensuring the safe transportation of others in the party. In addition, Reeves will be happy to assist anyone in making alternative transportation arrangements and/or overnight accommodations during the course of your function.
PRICING The menu pricing provided to you is subject to change. All federal, state, municipal taxes, and service charges which may be imposed or be applicable to this agreement and to the services rendered by Reeves Catering are in addition to the prices agreed upon.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE Credit is not granted to private and/or social functions, political organizations or religious, fraternal or charitable groups whose funding is dependent on dues, fund raising and/or donations. For all such groups, a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of estimated/proposed cost of total event is due to reserve the date. Another payment of 25% of the estimated/proposed cost is due 30 days prior to the event and the remaining 50% of the estimated/proposed cost of the total event is due 7 business days before the event. Reeves Catering accepts cash, cashier’s check, money orders or credit cards for payment. If there is an outstanding balance due to an increase in attendance, additions to the event, or open bar tabs, it will be due at the conclusion of the function.
FUNCTION LIABILITY Charges for damage to the premises caused by any guest, invitee or other persons attending a function will be charged to the organization at the actual repair or replacement costs.
Patron assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury, damage, or loss to its or any exhibitors' displays, equipment or other property brought upon or sent to the premises of the facility and shall indemnify the facility, its agents, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of the facility management to complete the same, and is to accidents, government federal, state or municipal requisitions, restrictions upon travel, transportation, foods, beverages or supplies; and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, beyond control of management preventing or interfering with performance. In no event shall the facility be liable for loss of profit or for other similar or dissimilar collateral or consequential damages whether based on breach of contract, warranty or otherwise.

If there is an outstanding balance due to an increase in attendance, additions to the event, or open bar tabs, it will be due at the conclusion of the function.
FUNCTION LIABILITY Charges for damage to the premises caused by any guest, invitee or other persons attending a function will be charged to the organization at the actual repair or replacement costs.
Patron assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury, damage, or loss to its or any exhibitors' displays, equipment or other property brought upon or sent to the premises of the facility and shall indemnify the facility, its agents, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of the facility management to complete the same, and is to accidents, government federal, state or municipal requisitions, restrictions upon travel, transportation, foods, beverages or supplies; and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, beyond control of management preventing or interfering with performance. In no event shall the facility be liable for loss of profit or for other similar or dissimilar collateral or consequential damages whether based on breach of contract, warranty or otherwise.

Our CEO wanted to provide us with a more interactive dining experience, and Justin delivered just that. We were able to mingle and watch as the he prepared the food (which was delicious, by the way). Reeves is professional and personable--the perfect combination! He adapted to meet the needs of our venue, and I would highly recommend Reeves Catering. |

Justin was familiar with the venue and made some suggestions on the site visit of the venue. The catering was very well organized and professional staffing. The food was excellent as was the food presentation. Justin was great and very responsive to work within the budget before and after the event. Would definitely use them again!
