Our Booking & Cancellation Policy requires 50% of total charter rate to reserve your charter dates. We accept cash, official checks, credit cards, and wire transfers for the deposit and full payments. There is an additional 3% service charge for all credit card transactions. Please note that remaining balance is due twenty-one (21) days from date of charter unless otherwise agreed upon by the CHARTERER.
Gratuities are appreciated, but at the sole discretion of the client - cash is always preferred for crew gratuities and 10-20% is customary.
All deposits are fully refundable if weather or vessel conditions cause cancellation of your charter. Said cancellation is at the discretion of the Captain, Port/Dock Officials, or the Coast Guard. If you cancel the charter, no refund applies. If you reschedule thirty (30) days prior to scheduled charter date, your deposit will be applied to your new charter date. The Charterer reserves the right to apply the deposit to a rescheduled charter after the aforementioned period.
