WEDDING DAY DIRECTOR - 6 hours
Assistant to help with flow/setup/guest direction

Wedding Day Directing includes:
Bustling of gown
Setup of ceremony/cocktail/reception elements
Floral pick-up and distribution
Provide "emergency" items for bridal party
Distribute final vendor payments/gratuities
Lineup bridal party for processional
Verify correct seating arrangement setup
Greet guests and assist with seating direction
Cue vendors and bridal party for reception activities
Collect gifts and accessories |
Price includes all services as detailed above. Additional services may be purchased separately as desired. Client is responsible for any extraneous costs above and beyond aforementioned services, all of which will be presented to client for approval prior to expenditure.
Non-refundable deposit of $250 due with booking. $500 due 2 weeks prior to event date, balance due on date of event. Cancellations occurring within 2 weeks of event date forfeit all payments and client is responsible for any venue cancellation fees associated with the event. |
