| If this is an outdoor event, you must have a "plan B" in case there is inclement weather. This means, either be sure the stage area is covered so my equipment doesn't get wet, or the event can be moved indoors. Client must provide at least two 8 oz. bottles of water and a meal. |

If the ceremony is outdoors or on the beach, I will bring a separate wireless PA system for the ceremony and a larger PA set up in advance where the cocktails and hors d'oeuvres are served.
