David Roth Group, Philadelphia — Challenge: Design an event to attract 1500 of the top doctors attending a medical convention in San Francisco. The venue must be within walking distance of the major hotels and the convention center.
Solution: The David Roth Group petitioned the city to allow Union Square Park to be used for a private event. We designed a tent which incorporated a 175 seat theater, multiple seating levels, charity auction and live entertainment. An outside lounge was designed to give guests a chance to enjoy the unique location and allowed us to accommodate more people.
Results: The client exceeded its target audience by 25%, an incredible buzz was created by unique location and overall event exceeded the client’s expectations.
