 7/28/2008 | | "Great service, amazing food", An Eventective User from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania | | I just had a shower at the Philadelphia Quartett Club. The food is AMAZING! The catering manager, Jill, was so accomodating and could not have been more helpful. The room looked beautiful and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Pricing was reasonable, especially for how excellent the food was. All of my guests were THRILLED!! I would definatly have my next event at the Quartett Club. |
|  7/2/2008 | | "Great food, great setting", An Eventective User from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania | | I attended a wedding at the Philadelphia Quartett Club on Saturday, June 28. I thought the food was excellent. The staff seemed friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the bride hired a wedding planner who didn't seem to know what she was doing. It was clear to everyone how inexperienced she really was. I felt bad for the bride. Especially when after seeing her lack of attention to the bride and groom, she spent the rest of the night drinking with her date. It was clear to everyone at my table that she was drunk. She became rude and combative with the staff, who spent most of the night making up for her mistakes. "Wedding planner" disaster aside, it was a beautiful wedding. |
|  7/1/2008 | | "Unsatisfactory Service", An Eventective User from Solesbury, Pennsylvania | | I recently attended a good friends wedding at the Philadelphia Quartett Club and were very disappointed with the staff and management. Although the food was good, I was extremely disappointed with the guest services and would not recommend holding a special event here. The hall isn't very expensive, but you will end up paying with the poor quality in service and satisfaction. Sadly I hope my first experience here will be the last. :( |
