My first guest ordered a strawberry daquiri & waiter responded "I don't know if we can do that...I think the blender is broken" My husband offered to go get one at Bed Bath and Beyond. As it turned out she got the drink, but not without spilling a glass of red wine and splashing a number of my guests with it! No offer to clean their outfits for that one! The taste of the food was ok, but all of the steaks came out, then the fish and then finally ten minutes after that the birthday girl finally was served! The waiter passed plates around the table and left me to cut and serve the birthday cake myself. When we ordered cappucino, again he said "I don't know if I can do that. I don't know how to use the machine and don't know if anyone here can either" He then found someone and served the beverage. The person that ordered tea waited 15 minutes for it. No one was served their tea, coffee or cappucino with their cake. The serve in this place is less than bad.........it's horrible. I used to go to The Brick under Garvey's ownership and it was good. It's a shame because the food was decent, but the service will take this place down...BIG TIME. $800 I spent for dinner......I am the customer they WANT. I will NEVER go back! |
