Single Rose is our wedding day management service. You plan everything and we implement your plan.
It includes:
* Initial consultation (1 hour)
* Meetings with bride & groom at 2 weeks and 2 days before wedding
* Confirm arrangements with vendors
* Itinerary preparation
* Attend & direct rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
* Attend, oversee, and direct ceremony & reception (up to 10 hours)
* Monthly check-in email to make sure you are on track with your wedding planning tasks. |
SCHEDULING:
Client must contact Always Fabulous Events to schedule an initial meeting within 24 hours of booking. This can be done using the online scheduling tool at www.alwaysfabulousevents.com. At this meeting, we will plan out the services to be provided, payment dates, and meeting dates.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY:
In the event of a returned check, a replacement payment in the form of cash or money order must be received within five (5) days. A returned check charge of $50 will be applied to your balance due. If a second returned check is received during the tenure of this contract, payments will only be accepted by cash, money order, or certified check.
CANCELLATION:
Payments made to ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS for services rendered will not be refunded if the event is canceled. Prepaid balances will be refunded in accordance with the services not yet rendered as of the date of notification of cancellation.
In the event that ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS is not able to render services as agreed, and is unable to find a comparable replacement, then a full refund of what has been paid to ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS will be granted to the undersigned.
If services are completely rendered by ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS, then the Undersigned agrees that no refund of monies will be given after the event or thereafter even if the undersigned is not satisfied. This clause is to protect ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS by ensuring they are paid for their services and not asked to give the Undersigned free service after everything is complete.
This agreement may be terminated as follows:
(1) Either party may terminate this contract at any time.
(2) Undersigned must give a written cancellation notice to ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS if undersigned wishes to terminate this contract.
(3) The Undersigned is not entitled to a refund of the monies paid should they terminate the contract. If ALWAYS FABULOUS EVENTS terminates the contract, then prepaid balances will be refunded in accordance with the services not yet rendered as of the date of termination.
(4) If the undersigned should terminate the contract within thirty (30) days of the event date, then 50% of the remaining balance due is required at the time of notification. |
