Irving St. Kitchen is a vibrant new addition to the Portland, Oregon dining scene that offers a soulful New American menu anchored in slow cooking, deep flavors, and seasonal ingredients, all with southern overtones. The restaurant is the latest project from San Francisco restaurateur trio Doug Washington and brothers Mitchell and Steven Rosenthal, who jointly own and operate the Bay Area's acclaimed Town Hall, Salt House and Anchor & Hope.
