Oregon Convention Center, Portland — The Oregon Convention Center has two beautifully adorned and elegant ballrooms. The Oregon Ballroom is a 25,200 square foot space complete with controlled climate, lighting, speaker systems and utility connections. Our Grand Portland Ballroom is 34,200 square feet and able to host a meal for 2200. Each of the two ballrooms also sport a huge lobby encompassing their entire length. The Oregon ballroom is divisible into four 6,300 square foot sections. The Portland Ballroom can be divided into eight sections of about 4500 square feet each. All ballrooms are Ideally suited to host general sessions and lecture seminars. Utility connections and controlled lighting accommodate trade shows. This space is also perfect for banquets and receptions.
Availability
OCC is the perfect venue for any type and size of event. All told, we have over a million square feet to offer, making us the largest convention center in the Pacific Northwest! National conventions love Oregon and the OCC. The area’s scenery, some of the most spectacular on the planet, is artfully complimented by the décor and atmosphere of the center's interiors. Ten rear access docks with load levelers and 20' high by 18' wide door capacities make up 8,000 square foot of indoor dock space with direct access to exhibit halls. Nineteen docks all with load levelers include two drive-in ramps and direct access to exhibit hall floors from three roll up doors. Door sizes vary from 20-22' tall to 18-20' wide. Spacious, naturally-lit pre-function lobbies host some of the center's spectacular public art collection.Oregon Convention Center, Portland — The Oregon Convention Center has 50 meeting rooms that are grouped into 6 series, each group with its own lobby area. These meeting rooms are adjacent to naturally-lit pre-function spaces that connect to the exhibit halls. They feature state-of-the-art climate and lighting controls. VIP Suites can be contracted by show management. The ballrooms are adjacent to a naturally-lit 22,800 square foot concourse lobby.Oregon Convention Center, Portland — Located on the fourth level, surrounded by the twin towers, the terrace overlooks the concourse lobbies below and west across the Willamette River for a spectacular view of downtown Portland. Open to attendees during conventions and trade shows as well as large public events. Two permanent full-service bars. May be reserved for hosting special events or private gatherings. 7,000 square feet surrounded in natural wood and light. Will host up to 200 guests.
