| Photography start time may be changed at any time by client or event planner. Location of event may be changed to any venue within 10 miles distance of Portland OR 97210 with no additional charge. Travel charges may apply for bookings in excess of 10 miles from Portland OR 97210. A change of date for the event is subject to confirmation by Elena Rose Photography. Irene Elena Rose will be your photographer unless illness, accident or injury prevents this, in which case every reasonable effort will be made to send a suitable replacement photographer. If no replacement photographer can be booked, your deposit will be refunded, otherwise deposits are non-refundable. |
