For our clients in the downtown Portland area, we are offering a very special, Eventective-only deal. Normally $1,500 and up, our Wedding Day Coordination package is offered at a significant discount. If you are looking for expert wedding-day service for a wedding of 150 guests or fewer, in the downtown Portland area, at one site for ceremony and reception, this may be the deal for you. Wedding Day Coordination from EJP Events begins 8 weeks prior to your event and includes: One timeline/contact meeting to turn over all vendor team information and craft the timeline of the event. One site visit to determine best layout and reconfirm your vision of the space. A written event plan and diagram distributed to all involved. Phone calls and emails to vendors to reconfirm all of your arrangements. Wedding rehearsal day before or prior to event. Up to 12 hours of on site coordination and management of vendor/staff arrivals, overseeing setup, greeting guests, placement of small details, management of reception events, and overseeing closure of the site.
Terms and Conditions
Offer good only for the shoulder season of Feb - May 2015. Your wedding must be 150 guests or fewer, in the downtown Portland area, with ONE location. Coordinator and staff assignments will be made 8 weeks prior to your event. This package is wedding day coordination only; no raw materials or setup labor is included. A consultation is required to determine applicability of this package to your event. Discount is not valid for previously booked clients or in conjunction with any other offers seen online or elsewhere. EJP Events retains the final approval of all packages and discounts.
