Specializing in smaller events of under 75. We do mostly off premise catering offering Organic, Natural and Wild food choices. The chef /owner John Sowa is a Cajun/Creole chef and does offer healthy Cajun menu items in addition to a wide variety of food choices and cuisines. His mission is to make people aware of choices and to ask "what's in my food?" Sweeet Basil's can offer anything from a Organic Wrap to a Crab Stuffed Portobello, or Crawfish Etouffee to roasted 1/2 Duck in Mango Chutney.
