Flinn Block Hall is a beautiful historic ballroom located in historic downtown Albany and serving surrounding cities such as Corvallis, Salem, Keizer, Silverton, Jefferson, Eugene & Springfield. Fully renovated in 2007, Flinn Block Hall is ideal for receptions, weddings, parties, reunions, meetings, corporate events or other gatherings! Located in the historic Flinn Block building, this unique 100+ year old space is spacious and inviting, with soaring ceilings, sparkling white icicle lights, glowing antique wood floors, & exposed brick walls, which provide a wonderful setting for any event. Chairs & tables provided. Tables include 60" rounds and 6-foot banquets, with white folding chairs. Amenities include: Large 17-foot service bar area for buffets or bar service & separate catering prep area, both equipped with refrigerator and sink; Seating for 226 with tables (capacity is 400 with just chairs). Ample storage in catering areas. Fully handicapped-accessible; elevator for guests, ease of loading/unloading. Approximately 3500 square feet. No exclusive catering required.
