| The PAC's Gallery exhibits a different display each month. Artists may be local or may be represented by out-of-state galleries. Most art is for sale.
Gallery exhibits help to support the visual arts and expose our audiences to artists they may not know. The PAC Gallery is an educational and entertaining extension of the arts offered at our facility. Gallery exhibits are publicized in the same manner as any PAC event. Online, gallery information is listed in the monthly calendar. Exhibits are scheduled approximately one year in advance.
The PAC Gallery is best accessed from the Third Street lobby. It is located on the same level as the Ticket Office. Follow the ramp beneath the staircase located on the west side of lobby. From the underground parking lot, the Gallery is accessed from the south elevators on Level G.
Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and during all Chapman Music Hall events. |

Banquet setting Photos published with permission of Tulsa Performing Arts Center | |
|
| One of the most prestigious venues for any gathering, the beautiful Westby Pavilion hosts a range of events: wedding receptions, parties, luncheons, dinners, meetings, lectures, press conferences, fundraisers, and cabaret-style performances. Dedicated to arts patron Kathleen P. Westby in June 2000, this highly functional room can be transformed easily to complement any party theme or meeting plan. Approximately 3,000 sq. ft., the 49' x 64' hall features three full-length windows overlooking the lush Williams Green. The high, coffered ceilings are enhanced by 12 chandeliers. The room is carpeted, but large enough to accommodate tables and a dance floor. A corner bar connects to a catering area that opens into the LaFortune Studio next door. Depending on the size and scope of an event, clients (permittees) may wish to rent the LaFortune Studio in conjunction with their plans for Westby Pavilion. Permittees may use the PAC caterer, or the caterer of their choice. The Westby Pavilion can seat 160 comfortably (eight at 20, 66" round tables) and 240 comfortably lecture-style. |
