Advanced booking notice of at least 14 days required. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is not received within 48 hours of scheduled event. All reasonable event changes should be provided ahead of time if possible. Fire/water/crowd safety measures are the responsibility of the event organizer. Signed performance agreement is required at time of booking. VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER/AMEX/CASH Accepted!

Terms and Conditions

By confirming, you hereby requesting the fulfillment of DJ performance services by Jordan Humphrey, the sole proprietor of “Bass Drop Mobile Entertainment,” (the business). By confirming this agreement, you agree to pay all associated fees as agreed upon related to the setup and delivery of the event service. Payment is due when service is rendered in FULL (Deposits may be required for certain events). Major Credit Cards Accepted (Paypal/Visa/AMEX/Discover/MasterCard) CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event the requesting party wishes to cancel service, they must provide at least a 48 hour notice VIA TELEPHONE or IN WRITING before the start of the event or will be charged the full agreed amount of the performance. The only exception would be if both parties agreed on cancellation due to extenuating circumstances such as weather, etc. All rights are solely with the service provider, Jordan Humphrey (Bass Drop Mobile Entertainment). RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE: The business reserves the right to deny service to anyone at any time for any reason as applicable within state and federal law. SAFETY POLICY: In an effort to provide a safe, fun and entertaining atmosphere, the performance requester is responsible for providing reasonable power, water, and equipment damage protection along with applicable crowd control at the event requester expense. For safety, adequate power is defined as at least one 20 Amp dedicated, 3-prong grounded circuit. Water protection includes tents or buildings or splash protection. The DJ reserves the right at any time to stop a performance if he deems the environment unsuitable to maintain a safe atmosphere. Equipment damaged as a result of fault of one of the patrons or lack of proper protective measures provided there-of will result in billing to repair/replace damaged equipment and applicable attorney’s fees which is the responsibility of the requester. INDEMNITY: The Business shall be held harmless, and indemnified of any loss resulting from cancellation due to extenuating circumstances or damage/injury to venue, guests, etc. due to failure to comply with basic common sense safety guidelines and that the confirmed requester accepts all policies stated based on the customized agreement for this event.
