 10/22/2008 | | "Nice Place!", DoubleTakeEvents from Tulsa, Oklahoma | I was putting together a small family reunion-type event in Owasso and I needed a hotel to recommend to all of my family members. This hotel by far exceeds what I expected for Owasso. The hotel is clean and nice-looking still--unlike the other places in town. I met the Sales Director, and she showed me around the hotel before getting down to business. I was able to reserve a small block of rooms for my out-of-town family that I knew were coming in, and I even got a small discount!
The only problem with the hotel is that there is only one meeting room, and it's small. It was big enough to have everyone meet up really quickly, but not big enough to have a meal together. But it worked out well, since we wanted to do most of the family events out at "the old homestead" anyway!
Call this place if you need a NICE PLACE to put up your family or friends for a weekend. However, don't expect to have your reception/party/whatever there, because it's just not possible. |
