Need a venue for your event? American Theatre Company Studios are available for rental! Consider having your reception, fundraiser, birthday party, or corporate event at our very cool East Village location in the sunny side of Downtown Tulsa!
Our studios consist of 2 large warehouse style rooms (approximately 3000 square feet each) that will accommodate 200 + at a sit down dinner or stand-up circulating event. You can rent one room or both. We offer the flexibility of using any caterer of your choice. We can provide assistance in renting additional tables and chairs, linens, theatrical light and sound equipment to full production services.
My Studio is a beautiful 6100sqft photography/video studio that is available for events, parties, meetings and seminars. The studio can be divided up into different venues from 10-120 people. We can provide video and audio equipment for your presentations. The space is rented by the hour so you only rent for the time you need. You can bring in your own food and drink, then decorate the space the way you want. Rates range from $75hr to $200hr depending on the size of the group and day of the week. Since we are a photo studio we provide the photo booth at no extra charge.
Hayes House Luxury Suites is a three story home filled with antique Victorian and French furnishings, turn of the century chandeliers and fine oak woodwork. At Hayes House Luxury Suites you will be treated to an elegant experience of luxury as you step back in time.
The Osage Event Center is an 8,000+-square-foot facility located inside the Osage Casino in Tulsa, just 5 minutes from downtown. We have the flexibility to configure the Event Center in multiple ways, making us a great place to host events both large and small. Tables, chairs, standard linens, centerpieces, setup/clean-up and a beverage station (soda and water) are included on all events at no cost! The venue rental fee is waived with qualifying catering purchase.
