Venue rental cost includes: 60 inch round tables, bridal tables, cake table, gift table, set up, clean up, ivory linen table cloths and ivory table toppers, white linen napkins. Complimentary 4 hours of decorating, complimentary 2 hours of rehearsal with in house Disc Jockey, Personal in house Event Planner/Wedding Coordinator, complimentary cake cutting and serving, complimentary use of bridal suite. Catering, Disc Jockey, and option to have ceremony indoors or outdoors. (additional costs). Discounts available for catering, Disc Jockey and ceremony on Fridays and Sundays. Open bar policy, you provide own alcohol we provide bartender at cost.
Terms and Conditions
No smoking indoors, open bar policy, option to use our in house catering or one of our preferred caterers, handicap accessible, refundable security deposit due and returned or shredded within 10 days after event (deposit is not the same as the booking deposit). Contract due will be signed at time of initial non refundable and non transferable deposit of cash check or money order of $1500.00 and will be applied towards final bill. Another deposit will be due 6 months before of $1500.00 if a year or longer before the date is booked. All rules not mentioned here are in the contract and are subject to change up until the contract is signed and date is booked. Dates are not guaranteed until the booking deposit and contract is signed.
