1. All of our menu items are made from scratch and to order - nothing is pulled from a can or a freezer box. From brioche and barbecue... to croutons and compound butter... ! The quality of our food speaks for itself: schedule a complementary tasting so you can taste the difference!
2. Our prices are all-inclusive. Period. The trend in catering is to give a flat rate per guest; and then add on a bevy of additional fees, gratuities, rentals, and charges. It doesn't take long before the actual cost per guest is closer to double the initial amount. We have found that clients are really only interested in the absolute bottom line - so that's how we do our pricing: to calculate your cost, simply multiply the number of guests times the rate per guest. We offer a comprehensive list of everything that is covered under our "all-inclusive" policy: we itemize the menu items, the silverware, the linens, our staff's time, all gratuities, etc. on every estimate and invoice we do. No surprises!
