The uncomplicated decor and urban environment will invite you in, whether you are conducting a business dinner, celebrating a birthday or enjoying a company holiday party. Hardwood floors, exposed brick and low-lighting all accent our distinct and unique event space. The private room can accommodate up to 65 people for a seated function and up to 80 people for a cocktail event. We also offer our dining room as a private option for larger events and a semi-private option when the private room is already reserved. We provide a variety of seasonal appetizer and menu options to choose from. Food & Beverage Minimum: Due Amici does not charge a room rental fee, but we do hold food & beverage minimums. The food & beverage minimum for an event depends on the space reserved, day of the week & time of the day. An accurate food & beverage minimum will be given once that information is determined.
Reservations: In order to reserve any space, the client needs to fill out a contract & make a 30% deposit of the food & beverage minimum. The deposit is applied to the final bill. Unless otherwise discussed, payment is due on the day of the event upon completion of the event. Gift certificates can NOT be used for payment.
Cancellations: If a cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the scheduled event, the client will receive a full refund of their deposit. If a cancellation occurs, 1 to 29 days prior to the scheduled event, a refund will NOT be given. If an event is scheduled and cancelled within the 29 days of the event date, a refund will NOT be given. If an event is cancelled the day of the event, a refund will NOT be given & the client will be charged the total food bill.
Gratuity, Tax & Fees: Tax & gratuity are not included in the food & beverage minimum payment terms. A 23% gratuity & 6.75% sales tax will be added to all food & beverage charges. The 23% gratuity is divided into a 20% service fee & a 3% event planning fee. If an event has a cash bar, a 20% gratuity will automatically be added to any cash bar purchases. A set-up/break down fee may be applied to any event that has reserved the dining room or the entire restaurant.
Final Details: A final confirmation of the number of guests that will be attending the event is needed 5 business days prior to the event. The final bill will reflect that number. Any changes and/or additions to the food and beverage must be made 5 business days prior to the event.
Menu: Substitutions can be made, however doing so may affect final pricing. Groups of 20 or fewer may order off the regular menu. Bringing in outside desserts may result in an additional charge. Due to seasonal updates, all menu items & prices are subject to change & therefore are not guaranteed.
Bar: All alcohol is charged on consumption & limitations can be made. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Please inquire about our wine list and beer and liquor pricing.
Complimentary: Custom menu cards, place setting cards, table charts, bar signs & food description cards are available for all applicable events.
Due Amici is also able to assist with any audio visual needs for your event. DJ, band & iPod hook ups, as well as a projector & a microphone are available. It is suggested to all clients that they test their equipment 5 business days prior to the event. Due Amici is not responsible if a client’s equipment does not work during their event. Clients are accountable for operating their own equipment.
Extras: If a client requests any items that Due Amici does not already offer for an event, Due Amici will rent those items. The client will be responsible for covering those rental costs. |
