The final guaranteed number of guests is due (3) three working days prior to the start of your event. Should the final guarantee not be received (3) three working days prior to the above function(s), the above expected number of guests will be the basis for the billing charges. To confirm these arrangements on a definite basis, please carefully review and sign each Banquet Event Order then return to your sales representative. Food, Beverage, Audio/Visual and Rental Prices are subject to a 15% Service Charge, and 6.5% Sales Tax will be added to charges outlined above. Any damages to linens will result in a $20 damage fee per damaged linen. Extra authorization up to $50 may be held per method of payment to cover the potential damages upon event check in. Unused excess authorization will be released 24 business hours after checkout of the event. Cancellation prior to 72 hours of event will result in no cancellation fees. Cancellation within 72-48 hours will result in 50% rental charge. Cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival date will result in a 75% rental charge, if cancellation is within 24 hours prior to arrival, full rental fee will be charged.
