Rates quoted are for 150 guests with an additional cost for each block of 50 guests up to 400. Friday & Sunday | $2,500 Saturday | $3,000 Monday - Thursday | $1,500 (half days available for weekdays) Includes Access from 9:00 am to Midnight on the day of your event. Hourly Rentals | $150 per hour (plus $500 cleaning fee) Includes 100 attendees for a minimum 4- hour daytime event. Deposit of $1000 required to hold the date, applied to total Damage Fee | $500 (refundable after 7 days) Additional Fees: Bartender - We will arrange a bartender if alcohol will be served. $250 for 4 hours and $25 per hour beyond. Security - If alcohol being served, we will arrange 1 Security Officer for each 100 guests. $250 for 4 hours and $50 per hour beyond per security officer.
