Decent hotel, first floor smells like clorine which kind of grosses me out but once you are off that floor you do not smell it.
The front desk folks were very nice -- helped us with directions...

I would highly recommend Courtyard Lake Norman but for one thing. While most of the staff are excellent, one of the current front desk staff members is rude and sarcastic to guests. This is not unique...
