The rental includes security, in-house sound system with a 5-CD disc changer and MP3/ipod connection. All of the tables and chairs are included as well as a caterer’s kitchen with a refrigerator, warmer, microwave, sink, etc. We also set up the room in whatever configuration you want, and after the event, we clean, mop, vacuum, etc.
Each room in SkyView is rented separately with a four- hour minimum. The rental fee varies depending on the room you wish to rent.
The Ballroom: $1,250 for four hours, each additional hour is $250;
Level 2: $800 for four hours, each additional hour is $150;
The Terrace: $600 for four hours, each additional hour $100;
Level 3: $500 for four hours, each additional hour is $75.

We have two deposits that you should be aware of. The first one is non-refundable deposit to hold the room ($500 for the Ballroom; $200 for other rooms). This deposit reserves the date and serves as a down payment on the total of the contract. The balance is due 60 days before the scheduled event.
The second deposit is the damage deposit. This is a separate check or credit card number that we hold. We do not charge the card or cash the check unless there is damage to the room or extra time required. We will call the bank to guarantee the funds are available; if they are not, the damage deposit must be paid in cash before you can enter the room. This deposit is also due 60 days before the event.
A wide variety of linens may be rented through us. Basic white linens are $8 each. We can also provide colored and specialty linens, chair covers and ties, napkins, flowers as well as room and table decorations. If you rent these items through SkyView, they will be in place when you arrive for your event.
At SkyView on Hay you may plan your own event, or use our complete event design service. SkyView on Hay considers every detail important. Our experienced and creative event staff will work with you to create an unforgettable experience.
