Reserve our tastefully decorated, multi-use facility for your next event. The 3.300 sq. ft. hall has a seating capacity of 250 people and plenty of downtown parking to accommodate all of your guests. There are many possible seating configurations featuring round and rectangular tables. Our competetive rates include use of table linens (excluding napiery) setup, and breakdown of the room.
Rates: Saturdays: $1,000.
Prime Time Saturdays: $1,500 (May, June, July, November, and December)
Fridays and Saturdays: $700
Weekdays: $100 per hour (4 hour minimum)
Holding Fee: $200 due at lease signing (Applied to Rental Fee)
$150 Refundable Security Deposit
Business and Organizational Package: $350 for Recurring Events (Monday-Thursday only).
