Overseeing everything from time management and vendor coordination to financial allocation and planning. Our priority is to be by your side from day one. We attend every meeting, assist you in reviewing contracts as well as coordinating payments. Our clients rest easy knowing each vendor understands the vision of their day because Events by Bella is there to communicate it in detail. Solving problems head on is what we do best with resolutions before you are even bothered. You are a VIP from start to finish, so sit back, relax and enjoy the party! ------------------------------------------- What you can expect after you book a consultation with Events by Bella Enjoy a cupcake from one of our preferred vendors while we have a detailed consultation to design a package that will best fit your budget and needs. Once we establish a budget and package, we explain the cost structure for your event on the spot. No wondering, no waiting! Sign your contracts Pay your deposit (within 3 days of consultation) You are booked! We jump into planning & design with anything from meeting and coordinating with you and your vendors to designing a floor plan and your venue seating. Communication is one of the most important things we do! You will be updated on a monthly basis, then as the event gets closer, weekly emails or calls. The progress of your planning will be charted and we check in to find out if any changes have occurred on your end.
