Extraordinary Ventures offers affordable event spaces for all types of events, such as dinners, ceremonies, rehearsals, parties, conferences, and meetings. Our 3,000 square-foot Great Hall accommodates large meetings, conferences, banquets, parties, weddings and more. Our meeting rooms provide professional venues for smaller gatherings and break out rooms for larger conferences. The rooms can be arranged in a variety of ways to serve classroom, workshop, webinar, or party needs. The Executive Boardroom is a comfortable, pleasant, and professional business room with access to state-of-the-art presentation equipment.

Great Venue for 18th birthday “debut “ - An Eventective User from Apex, NC

We celebrated my daughter’s debut here and it was great! The place is nice, spacious, affordable, with good parking. The AV sound system works well. The manager Carole, is efficient. Tyler, the night staff is also helpful. The teens enjoyed dancing and the party was a blast! Thanks Carole and staff!

Great Place! Great Price! - An Eventective User from Carrboro, NC

My friend was recently married in Chapel Hill and had her reception at Extraordinary Ventures. It is located right in the middle of Chapel Hill and we were so surprised it was even here. The people were great and the price was really reasonable. I'm planning my wedding and I want it to be there.
