1. A minimum deposit of $100.00 is due to bind the contract.
2. Remaining balance (total performance fee less paid deposit) is due in full no later than the day of and prior to beginning the event.
3. Any deposit received in non-refundable.
4. Payment terms
• Cash, Check or Money Order
5. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:
• Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
• The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 30-days’ notice is given.
6. Any and all information or details must be communicated before 2 days preceding the performance. |
