My Dream Venue - An Eventective User from Detroit, Michigan

The Fox Hollow is a great place for any wedding. For starters, it is not just a beautiful banquet hall with excellent outdoor space. It is also a hotel and restaurant. So, out of town guests can stay here as well as the wedding party the night leading up to the wedding, to make the even run more smoothly. Also, it is a restaurant as well so the rehearsal dinner can all take place in one area. Furthermore, the Fox Hollow staff also has the means to cater the entire event, so everything is conveniently in one place. The Fox Hollow has several different venues to choose from all in one spectacular area. They have a garden terrace and a winter garden area for winter and spring weddings. Also, there are other gardens as well as a chapel and a banquet hall for every type of wedding year round. The flowers are naturally beautiful and the whole area is decked out with fresh blooms, candles, and all kinds of natural decorations, so decorating Fox Hollow was easy and inexpensive since there is so much natural beauty. Furthermore, the surrounding area is quiet and quaint, so the wedding will be discreet and intimate. The staff was also fantastic at keeping everything running smoothly between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They had everything set up nicely, the lighting was perfect, and everything was in order without stress on me or my husband to be. The only complaint is that the venue must be booked way in advance because of the demand for the Fox Hollow. Also, the venue preferred that you use their catering and have both the ceremony on their grounds, which I enjoyed but some other brides might want more variety. Overall, though, it is a great venue.
