I am a green organizer and party planner who will also at the end of the party pick up all left over food, center pieces, decorations, favors and recycling and donate them to charity. The event goes on to a second life as the people giving the gala/party will receive a tax receipt for all the donations. It is new trending and going green for galas. Think of it as Galas giving back!

My Divine Concierge, Ossining — As a green organizer I want to make your function last even longer. You can have a beautiful event and then I will take away the extra food not eaten and any center pieces, paper good and party favors and donate them to those who don't have as much. A soup kitchen will have a wonderful meal, a childrens hospital will enjoy your flowers for days as they brighten thier rooms. I provide a tax receipt for your donation in leu of those items being put in the trash or given to guests or staff. Others can benefit from your generous donation.My fees are small considering the large tax dontion you will end up with for the value of all the items you donate.
