"A brilliant interview location", An Eventective User from New York, NY
Last spring I conducted a series of interviews in the conference rooms of the Grand Hyatt, New York, and it was an absolute pleasure. The staff was friendly and courteous, and arranged for us to use a suite of conference rooms on the 14th floor. The Hyatt being a classy establishment, these were naturally stocked with bottled water, pens, paper, etc. They recommended arranging our interviews and waiting rooms such that a natural flow was established, with applicants rotating smoothly into the waiting room, through a series of smaller conference rooms, and then into a social event near the exit. Their recommendation was a tremendous success, and we all thought that the interview process went smoothly. I wish that I had been as impressed with our candidates! But alas, I can't fault the Hyatt for that!

Since then, our firm has been fortunate enough to continue growing and we will very likely be needing to schedule another set of interviews in New York. I know that the other partners are eager to use the Grand Hyatt again, even though other venues have offered more competitive rates. We will probably end up at the Hyatt though, because things went so smoothly last time, and because the location really makes a good impact on candidates that we might need to impress.

We couldn't be happier with choice, and will likely be back soon!
