We're a small company who pays great attention to customer service and detailed craftmanship in each of our 100s of handmade jewelry items. We employ a handful of people in our local office for small orders, and employ others out of state for larger orders. Velvet chokers is proudly in business since 1998, having successfully filled 1000's of orders for as many happy customers in over a dozen countries. We do NOT use machines to make our custom, designer jewelry pieces. Each is handmade with pride. We do NOT employ auto-responders to answer customer questions. Each email is read by a live person and each response is crafted specifically based on the customer's needs. We pride ourselves in old fashioned customer service and quality products!
