With south, east, and west exposures, our furnished studios receive natural sunlight all day long. Boasting 12-foot ceilings and panoramic views of the Hudson River, our studios are, simply put, drenched in sunlight. Location 05 studios are also thoughtfully designed to evoke the rich feel of a location but to function as much more, a fully equipped photo studio with completely customizable features. In our studios, all furnishings roll or glide easily for effortless rearranging. A brick fireplace, a claw-foot bathtub, and a full cook-in kitchen are just a few examples of home décor that can be arranged in infinite ways to suit your needs. We have bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen sets. Nicknamed The Loft, The House, The Guesthouse, and The Modern, each one of our four furnished spaces has been crafted with an individual style. The Loft is "shabby, chic, and contemporary", the Home studio is "country living", The Guesthouse is reminiscent of a "beach house", and the Modern studio suggests "in Vogue". In addition to the four furnished studios described above, Location 05 also owns two unfurnished spaces perfect for smaller productions such as castings and corporate events. Having artfully relocated all six studios to our new home in Tribeca, Location 05 now offers amenities and possibilities beyond that of a traditional photo studio. Seamlessly connecting our space with a newly minted client lounge and café, all studios come HMI ready with stereo, phone, fax, and wireless Internet access.
