Terms and Conditions

No alcoholic beverages will be supplied by the Oak Tree Lodge. Arrangements can be made in advance for the supply of alcoholic beverages through a local retail distributor. One day Liquor License permit when necessary can be applied for through the Alcoholic Beverage Commission of Wall Township. A $1000 deposit will be paid on the signing of the contract. One week prior to the date of the picnic a final guaranteed attendance number will be provided by the customer. A payment of 50% of the guaranteed attendance cost shall also be made one week prior to picnic. The final payment will be made on the day of the picnic. The customer agrees to pay for each person, above the minimum guarantee, who attends the affair based on a head count. The deposit to reserve a date is non-refundable, and will be applied to the final cost of the affair. The Oak Tree Lodge reserves the right to make substitutions in the menu, should supply limitations deem it necessary. It is understood that all food and drink provided by the Oak Tree Lodge is for on-premise consumption only. No pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are to be brought on the premises (service animals excluded) All rules and regulations of the Oak Tree Lodge are for the benefit of all concerned and must be adhered to. Bathing suits are to be worn in the pool at all times. There is no diving at any time and bathers must refrain from horseplay which endangers others or themselves. Bathers must obey lifeguards at all times and are asked to use common courtesy toward others. Children under 14 must be accompanied by parent or guardian at all times. Pool closes promptly at 6:30 PM or by discretion of the Oak Tree Lodge.
