 2/26/2008 | | "If Rudeness is what you want for a Meal!", fred3128 from Monroe, North Carolina | This place has a very relaxed atmosphere. The Escargo/black bean appetizer was very good. We ordered the steak and it was over cooked. After our meal we told the wait staff about it being over cooked. The waitress, Laurin, argued with us. I told her we were'nt complaining but that was why we didnt want it boxed up. Then we went to pay our bill and they charged us incorrectly. We asked them to fix it. They went out to correct it and when they did, shortly after we went to the front and they were in the doorway of the kitchen doorway just behind the hostess stand using every four letter word you can imagine. One of the ladies in my party told Laurin the language was inappropriate, unprofessional and unappreciated. On our way out the Manager yelled to us " Have a good trip back to Texas and hope we never see you again."
We aren't from Texas! I have never encountered such rude service. My part of the meal alone was $34 without tip. For a one person $34 meal you really expect good service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service is very very poor! |
