Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, Buffalo — The Botanical Gardens has hosted over 100 events this year from weddings to cocktail parties to corportate luncheons and more. Our wedding department is booming and we are currently booking events through 2013.
Our facility is a fantastic venue for any event. The Botanical Gardens can accommodate up to 500 guests or more for cocktail and stationed receptions or sit down meals for smaller groups. We have both indoor and outdoor facilities that allow you the flexibility to plan the event of your dreams.
The Gardens would love to host your next event. Anything from a commitment ceremony, to agraduation party, to a baptism- the Gardens provides the perfect backdrop for all events. And you save lots on decorations,too!!

 9/6/2011 | | "Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens", An Eventective User from Buffalo, NY | I was very involved in planning my sister's wedding. We had a hard time decideing on a venue. There are so many places and you don't want to choose the wrong one. We had looked at a few and still weren't satisfied. A friend recommended, Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, to me. It is beautiful there but I wasn't so sure about having a wedding there. I was wrong!! It was the perfect place. It is so beautiful there, year round. Buffalo can be very cold in the winter. Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens is even beautiful in the winter. It's warm and you can enjoy many different kinds of flowers all year. It was easy to book. we brought in our own caterers. I have heard that they have changed that and know they have certain caterer's you have to choose from. That was nice because alot of places in Buffalo, the two come together. It was absolutly the perfect place for pictures. The do have a guest limit for formal sit down dinners, the maximum capacity is 100 guests. If you are planning they are very flexable with everything else.
