Great place for wedding reception, An Eventective User from Buffalo, New York

My wedding reception was held at Samuel's Grande Manor and it went fantastically well! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and let me enjoy my wedding reception without being too concerned or busy taking care of the "small" things The price of the booking was also fantastic and affordable compared to other comparable places in the area, and it let us enjoy our wedding reception without worrying how to pay for it afterwards! The place itself is clean and nice, with a comforting feel, while still being large enough to entertain the largest receptions. It was also a very family friendly facility, and its location was in a safe and positive environment! If I had to do my wedding reception all over again, I would definitely choose Samuel's Grande Manor again and again because of the extraordinary service they gave us. The only complaint I had, was the meal. Samuel's Grande Manor has catering plans and the better the meals, the more expensive. We got the catering plan that was mid-price range, not too cheap but not too expensive. The food though was mediocre and not great and probably not worth the price that we paid for it. If you do get your reception here, I recommend getting outside catering done, or if you can afford it, getting the more expensive meal plans for your guests. The reception room itself was great for the wedding reception though, as it had a fantastic dance floor and the guests were dancing all night! The bar was very nice and we had an open bar which the guests also loved, and the price was not too bad for having an open bar during the wedding reception all night The caterers and waiters/waitresses themselves were incredibly nice and polite and were always ready to help out, when need be!
