EXCEPTIONAL PARTY ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT
RESERVATION DEPOSIT A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $350 is required to secure the reservation. The deposit is applied towards the rental fee. Any remaining balance is to be paid out in full 14 days prior to the event. Should the balance not be paid in full 14 days prior to your event, Exceptional Party Rental reserves the right to cancel your event.
SECURITY FEE The Lessee agrees to pay a security damage cleaning fee of $300 in addition to the rental fee, which is also due 14 days prior to the day of the event. The Security fee will be refunded up to 7 days after the event if the room is returned in the order in which it was delivered. Any damages to the facility or items missing from the facility will result in a deduction from your security fee.
PAYMENT Exceptional Party Rental accepts cash, bank check, money order, or any major credit card. Absolutely no personal checks!
SET-UP All functions are permitted 1 hour before the allocated time to set up.
DECORATIONS Exceptional Party Rental provides rental space, chairs and trashcans for rental use. Lessee must use the party room’s tables and chairs; outside tables and chairs will not be permitted. Decorations, tablecloths, and floral arrangements are the responsibility of the Renter and must be removed the day of the event. Lessee will not drive or permit to be driven any hooks, nails, screws, tacks and/or staples into any part of the premises or into the furniture. ONLY TAPE IS PERMITTED and must be removed properly at clean-up.
CLEAN-UP Lessee is responsible for cleaning the space at least one half-hour before the end of their allocated time. This includes: • All trash removal to the appropriate receptacles. Recycling is mandatory. • Tables and chairs must be folded and returned to their carts. • Space must be clear of all decorations including balloons, streamers, and all other party paraphernalia. • Absolutely no cigarette butts or trash is to be left either in hallway or in front of the facility. • Smoking is prohibited within the facility, which includes bathroom and hallways
Failure to comply with the terms set above will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
PROMOTIONS The lessee may not charge guests any fees of any sort for admission, food, alcohol, or any other product or service. Failure to comply will result in loss of security fee.
