I enjoyed reading this book! Giani does a fantastic job explaining the perception of time which is something so simple but something I never really thought about due to the fast pace of our culture. It really opened up my eyes to focus on the present and not get caught up in the past or future and to also focus on what you can control which will lead to better decision making. Applying the concept of zero time can be applied to all aspects of our life and Giani provided excellent examples of how we can experience zero time though his text. Highly recommend this book!
