Casa Rondena Winery was lovingly established in late 1995 as a family undertaking, with the first plantings in 1990 at the hands of the vintner and his two young sons, Ross and Clayton. The Tasting Room opened in August 1997 and a new winery building, with a commemorative Tricentennial belltower, completed the winery's expansion in autumn of 2004. The elegant estate continues to be the Calvin family home and retreat for the vintner and his family. The Casa Rondeña Winery Tasting Room gives you the opportunity to sample all the fine wines made on the winery premises. The Tasting Room staff is passionate and knowledgeable about wine and truly exemplify New Mexico hospitality.Here you can taste and purchase the award-winning wines and browse through the gift shop.
