Partial Planning Services - For the bride who wants to plan it all
Pricing: $800
We will provide a through-line for the event by doing the following:
Consultation Services - Three complimentary consultation meetings in person (1 hour and half for initial and 1 hour max for subsequent two). The initial consultation will include wedding planning timeline and checklist, and the scheduling of future wedding planning sessions for the other two complimentary visits. It is important to set up a fixed appointment to discuss and create weekend schedule and detailed event day itinerary. - Ongoing consultation and advice as required with up to six in person meeting. Bride to decide when.
Vendor Arrangements - Review and evaluate vendor contracts to create detailed vendor timeline per bride’s expectation for each vendor - Finalization of contracts with vendors and assist sourcing any outstanding ones. - Coordinate and call to confirm hired vendors. - Oversee and sign off on delivery of contracted services.
Wedding Design - Review of wedding theme, style and color with bride and groom and offer suggestion if requested. - Review menu selection and creation. - Visit wedding and reception sites to confirm applicability of wedding design. - Assist with room design layout, set-up, and guest seating arrangements.
Wedding Rehearsal - Facilitate wedding rehearsal (1 hour maximum). - Work with Maid of Honor to assist with rehearsal dinner. - Review and walkthrough Wedding Day timeline and programs. - Review Order of Event to facilitate any last minute changes and/or adjustments to timeline. - Attend thirty minute walk through meeting with each vendor where appropriate.
Wedding Day - Arrive early to ensure that theme decorating and venue vendor are on schedule with set up and assist with decorations if needed. - Wedding Coordinator and assistant available the whole day. - Wedding day itineraries and programs distributed for the bride, groom, and wedding party. - Final consultation and walk through of all event details with bride, groom and vendors. - Pre-ceremony assistance for bride, groom, and wedding party (photography assistance). - Ceremony coordination including distribution and pining of flowers and assist with finalizing setup where necessary. - Reception coordination including bustle wedding gown, where applicable and working with MC/DJ on planned reception program activities. - Distribute final vendor payments and Coordinate transportation of gift and favor items to bride and groom’s residence. - Oversee rental pickup.

Payment Policies A non-refundable deposit in the amount of one half the total package price or agreed upon is due at the signing of the contract. The final payment is due at the last planning session. • Checks are payable to Cecibelle GlamEvents• A $30 late fee is applied to all past due invoices and on all returned checks All additional meetings outside those agreed upon will carry and extra charge of $35 per visit
Terms/Termination This agreement will terminate automatically upon fulfillment of the services required by this letter of agreement.
Changes/Cancellations The Letter of agreement may be changed in writing and signed by all parties. This agreement may be canceled, in writing, for any reason. If the party is canceled, refunds will be limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees and out-of-pocket expenses. Only if the agreement is canceled less than ten (10) days before the event– Except in extenuating circumstances– will there be no refund.
Acts of God Should acts of God, such as a fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity shall cause the cancellation of the Party; we will require payment only for the time actually spent planning the event.

Partial Party Planning Services - For the Client who wants to plan it all
Pricing: $950
We will provide a through-line for the event by doing the following
- Consultation to determine service level required - three 1 and half hour meetings - Review management of budget and timeline - Review Order of Event - Review and evaluate vendors contracts to create a detailed itinerary of their category and source outstanding vendors - Coordinate and call to confirm hired vendors - Work with client to create Weekend schedule and detailed event day itinerary - Provide creative input to existing plans where requested - Distribute schedule and program to client and family and vendors - Final consultation and walk through of all event details with client and vendors - Arrive early to ensure that decorate and venue vendor are on schedule with set up and assist with setup if needed - Coordinate transporting of favor items, where applicable - Work with MC and DJ directly - Coordinate and execute a planned activities according to program created with Client - Distribute last payments to vendors - Direct loading of all items into assigned vehicles - Return designated and agreed upon post event items - Unlimited emails and telephone(text) communications regarding event
