Each Tuesday, CJ the DJ hosts karaoke in his hometown, at Ed's Crossroads Pizza & Subs. On Thursday, he works with local entertainment to promote an open mic night there, as well. He now as an office in the Crossroads Complex (#7). CJ the DJ also plays the first Friday of each month at the Dragon Palace Restaurant in Troy, NH.

There are many heroes in our everyday lives, but it is the bravery of our American armed forces that deserves to be recognized. As an active Son of the American Legion, I enjoy working at many of the VFW's and legion locations around New England. In Jaffrey, I often entertain with karaoke and dancing.
Aside from these fundraisers for local chapters, I also provide discounts for other events and members of the armed forces and their families. I have been entertaining welcome back parties for our soldiers for almost a decade, as friends and neighbors return home from service and war zones abroad.

CJ the DJ Entertainment Service Contract
AGREEMENT made this ____ day of _________, 20_____, by and between __________________________________, hereinafter
referred to as the Purchaser, and Chris Holman, hereinafter referred to as CJ the DJ.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and the agreements herein contained and intending to be legally bound hereby, the
Parties do agree as follows:
1. The Purchaser hereby engages CJ the DJ to provide a DJ Service. The service to be performed at Event Location:

2. CJ the DJ hereby agrees to provide a DJ Service for the Purchaser at the above-mentioned location.
3. CJ the DJ’s services shall consist primarily of providing musical entertainment by means of a recorded music format.
4. CJ the DJ hereby agrees to render his professional services and is at all times to have complete control of his program.
5. The Parties hereby agree that the DJ Service shall be provided and accepted on the following date(s) and time(s) of the
engagement:

Finish Time(s): ______AM/PM
6. The Purchaser in consideration of the DJ services to be rendered by CJ the DJ, and the mutual promises contained herein,
hereby agrees to pay to the DJ the following consideration:
A non-refundable reservation fee of 50%, $________is required to secure the services of CJ the DJ for the engagement. This amount
shall be applied toward the Performance Fee.
The Performance Fee is $__________ for the time frame outlined above and the balance of $_________ is due the date of the event.
Services requested that exceed that time frame will be charged at the rate of $_________ per hour, payable the day of the
engagement. It may not always be possible to provide additional performance time. However, when feasible, requests for
extended playing time will be accommodated.

Save $100 on party entertainment if you are within 35 miles of Fitzwilliam, NH.
Normally it is $500 for up to five hours of party entertainment with music & CJ the DJ as emcee (any type of social event aside from a wedding).
If you are within 35 miles of Fitzwilliam that gets reduced by 20% to $400. |

Every event aside from weddings, which require much more work, is at the low rate of $500. That includes my travel time, set-up & pick-up.
For that price you will get Emcee service, music of your choice, including the option of karaoke. |

Wedding packages are normally $1200 for 6 hours of entertainment with CJ the DJ as Emcee.
If you are within 30 miles of Fitzwilliam, NH you can save $200.
Additional Setups are only $200 apiece, too. |

**2013 - 2014 Weddings**
Looking for the ideal DJ for your special day? Somebody who will meet with you at your venue, to work with you on the perfect amount of sound and lighting to create the ambiance you desire?
I have more than sixteen years experience as a DJ for weddings, entertaining more forty wedding receptions annually around New England. From outdoor barbecues to elegant inn settings, I have had requests for every genre of music - from country to reggae, classical to the wedding classics.
I can provide multiple systems for multiple venues ($200 charge each additional), such as separate locations for ceremony music and the cocktail hour. I have much experience working with a variety of venues and other wedding vendors across New England, & I am able to create an enjoyable event while also ensuring that your activities flow smoothly and on time.

Additional Terms and Conditions
The agreement of CJ the DJ to perform is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by CJ the DJ to find replacement entertainment at the agreed upon fees. Should CJ the DJ be unable to procure a replacement, Purchaser shall receive a full refund. Purchaser agrees that in all circumstances, CJ the DJ liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the performance fee and that CJ the DJ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract.
All deposits are nonrefundable.
