Orchard Street Chop Shop, Dover — Dover's premier steakhouse is right in the heart of the downtown Mill area. Built around 1865, this is one of the oldest original firehouses in NH. After being the Firehouse One Restaurant through the 1990's and early part of this decade, the building was ironically gutted from a fire. Chef~Owner, Chris "Koz" Kozlowski, bought the building in 2003 and made extensive renovations to restore it's beauty. He re-opened it as the first "true" prime steakhouse in the state of NH. You can find Chef Koz still cooking five nights per week behind the line.
